Lateness and Cancellations


When booking your appointment the duration of the groom will be discussed, this will be tailored to your dogs requirements and its needs whilst in our care. We value the time we have with your dog and aim to provide each groom within the timescale we have given you. We therefore hope you value us enough to arrive to your appointments on time as lateness could prevent us from giving the best service to your dog, by rushing to complete a groom it may cause stress to your dog and may mean the groom is incomplete.

To combat this we have a 15 minute cut off point, so if you are late by 15 minutes or more we will need to reschedule. If you are early collecting your dog please wait outside as your arrival will most likely excite your dog and may compromise the standard of your groom

If you are unable to make your appointment please give us a minimum of 24hrs notice prior to your groom. If we don't have notice it means we can't fill the space, anyone failing to give notice of cancellation will have to pay in full for their groom before booking their next one.
